The customer's requirements are twofold:
1. Electrical performance requirements
For low-frequency electronic connectors, high insulation resistance and dielectric strength are required. Generally, the insulation resistance between contacts and between contacts and ground should be greater than 1 Ω; At a low voltage of 0.44MPA and a test voltage of 500V, there should be no arcing or breakdown. For high-frequency electronic connectors, in addition to meeting the above requirements, it is also required to have low high-frequency dielectric loss and low dielectric constant. Good arc resistance, ensuring resistance to plastic damage caused by the arc generated during the installation process.
2. Thermal performance requirements
The general thermal deformation temperature should be above 200 ℃ to resist high temperatures during surface installation or welding, and can withstand the heating temperature of the connector itself. The coefficient of linear expansion should be small to prevent the firmness of the parts from being affected by temperature.
After receiving the customer's request, our company immediately conducted research and development testing. After several days of repeated testing, we finally obtained a satisfactory formula. We immediately made a sample and sent it to the customer. After receiving the sample for testing, the customer was very satisfied and found no problem, so they placed an order with our company.
